Linkus — Free App, One Annual Licence for Remote Access

The Linkus app is free on every P-Series model. Your staff download it, log in, and use it as their full office extension — no per-user fee, no per-device cost.

For remote access — using Linkus outside the office over mobile data or home broadband — the PBX requires a Standard Plan or above. This is an annual subscription per PBX (not per user), giving the system a secure Yeastar-supplied domain and encrypted remote connection.

Yeastar P-Series — Questions We Are Asked Every Week

The P520 supports 10 concurrent calls (fixed). The P550 supports 25 concurrent calls (fixed — no expansion available). The P560 supports 30 concurrent calls, expandable to 60 with a DSP licence — no hardware change. The P570 supports 60 concurrent calls, expandable to 120 with up to 2 DSP licences. Concurrent calls means all active conversations happening simultaneously across the entire system.
The P550 supports up to 50 users and 25 concurrent calls — this limit is fixed by hardware. DSP expansion is not available for the P550 (only P560 and P570). For growth beyond 50 users, the upgrade path is a P560 as a secondary system or replacing the P550. PBX Dubai configures multi-site deployments where both systems operate as a single phone network with shared IVR and dial plan.
All P-Series hardware ships with Basic Plan. Basic includes core telephony — IVR, voicemail, call recording, Linkus UC on all devices, and operator panel. The most common UAE scenario PBX Dubai deploys is a DIFC headquarters on P570 connecting to a JLT or Business Bay satellite office on P550.
If internet fails, P-Series continues operating for internal calls and any analog PSTN lines remain active. Linkus mobile calls can route via cloud relay over 4G/5G if internet is down but mobile data is available. A UPS keeps P-Series running for 1–4 hours during power outages — we recommend a UPS for all installations and supply them as part of the package. The P570 supports hot standby failover where a secondary P570 takes over automatically if the primary fails.
Yes. BRI module cards in EX08 expansion boards support ISDN BRI on P560 and P570. However, Etisalat is progressively migrating customers from ISDN to SIP — we recommend transitioning to SIP trunks as part of the P-Series installation, as SIP delivers better call quality and lower cost. PBX Dubai handles the SIP trunk migration alongside the PBX installation as a combined package.
